Taste of the Berkshires Thursday!
PITTSFIELD – The sixth annual Taste of the Berkshires to benefit the Junior League of the Berkshires will take place Thursday, November 14th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza ballroom, 1 West Street.
Nearly two-dozen restaurants, bakeries and breweries will be showcasing their specialties in what has become a true November tradition. The enticing array of flavors has made the event popular with a hundreds of people who come back each and every year.
“Taste of the Berkshires has become bigger and better each year. It’s our major fundraiser for the year, so we hope that the community will come out once again to enjoy the incredible food and to support Junior League of the Berkshires,” said Junior League of the Berkshires Board President Karen Rogers.
The location was changed this year to accommodate for the sheer size of the growing event. It will take place in the larger ballroom space at the Crowne Plaza after successful events at the Masonic Hall on South Street.
“We believe in the Junior League’s mission and, in particular, their efforts to improve childhood literacy in Berkshire County,” said lead sponsor Berkshire Money Management President Allen Harris. “The Taste of the Berkshires has become a must-attend event on the calendar each November. We are thrilled to once again serve as lead sponsor.”
Tickets are $30 per person or $50 per couple for al the food you can eat. The event includes a cash bar.
